There is not to like at Indus Vallery Partners In IT team except food and cab facility. --> For the food manager will call anytime to you and say "langar ni lga hai" if you are taken more than 15 mins to complete your food.

The work environment at this industry is extremely toxic and unsupportive, with intentional refusal of leave during Indian Festivals, leading to backbiting behind you when leave is granted. Rotational shifts are poorly managed, often assigning employee a morning shift right after day or night shift. There are constant efforts to undermine employees, Promoting juniors to team lead positions over more experienced staff. Job security is non-existent, with terminations often justified by alleged poor performance. Career growth opportunities are minimal, both in terms of professional development and financial advancement, and employees face unfair increments with a two-year bond that offers no real benefits.Office politics dominate the culture, where arguing with senior members can ruin careers, and promotions are based on favoritism and flattery.Every two years, most of the team is replaced, except for a few favored individuals. there is no regards for personal or family life; even in case of family deaths, only 2-5days leave are granted, and if something happens to the employee, leave is rarely approved. 1. Company culture - Not a hectic schedule daily, food in office, annual gifts (people received Marshall speakers and apple watch) 2. Job Security - don't fire people randomly. 3. On-site opportunity. 4. Good salary and hikes if you perform. 5. Noon timings 2pm-10pm. Good for those who aren't morning birds and mostly sleep late.

1. Engineers doing non-engineering tasks (making data entry etc in products, excel) 2. Company has 2-3 products in outdated tech stacks. No modern tech stack to learn. 3. Noon timings - 2pm-10pm 4. Namesake product organization. Mostly it behaves as service based company.
