With hard work I got appraisals but Senior management is buttering the Owner founder and misguiding and misleading him.

Nothing is there to like and to feel like work. Its all time waste.

Worked there for quite long time and one major lesson I learned is "NOT TO IGNORE AMBITIONBOX NEGATIVE COMMENTS", I got to know later that these people remove bad true comments from google reviews. Also salary package is very low in this company, given the amount of tasks they ask us to do in overtime. They have very BAD HIGH MANAGEMENT, espeacially the ill-tempered king of this empire. They exploite their employees, late offer letter, late reliving letter, out of KPI tasks (anything which my lord wants them to do), no benefits, no fun events/celebration........ONLY DRAMA....Read More

Despite all of the mentioned above, I was not able to saw any hardcore dhakka-mukki or maarpeet. wish I could have witnessed anything like that because only this drama was missing from my mentioned likes.
