There is nothing like this but a small request, the salary you give us is not enough for the present expenses. You need to determine the basic salary for the new employee. Because old employees are given the same salary as the new employees. We are happy if we fix it a bit.

Generally my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire task completion. each day I was done different type of tasks like figure 8, taranis , alegion and pilot works. It is really challenging for me.
