I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I am writing here a genuine review after 2 years of full-time experience, as a data processing analyst, we do daily work starting in the morning, and the work culture is okay we will manage but the work-life balance is worse, sometimes we do 10 to 12 hours work and that to we didn't get any pay for that, here my suggestion for freshers is look my comment with likes & dislike as well and choose wisely and go for it thank you in advance....Read More

Dislike means I have so much to say, mainly thing is they didn't recognize our work & hard work and we don't have as much pay as we were expecting and also for bonus time they didn't pay at the exact time and for late-ins issue they directly cut our salary, and many more to say about dislikes.

There is nothing like this but a small request, the salary you give us is not enough for the present expenses. You need to determine the basic salary for the new employee. Because old employees are given the same salary as the new employees. We are happy if we fix it a bit.
