I have joined 6 months back and for me everything seems going good. Place, environment, management all seems to be fit.

Nothing as of now for me. But for New joiner the pay seems to be bit low compare of other industries.

After CTS people entry into the organization, everything got collpased and team work is not projected properly. There is no transparency between management and team members.

The Company is just okay... it seems they are struggling to survive.

They are more focused on getting more business and people part is totally ignored to earn more money. Many times I was called by my supervisor after office hours and when I was unable to attend due to personal reasons, I was questioned about my commitment to the role. Even at 11 PM at Night. There are some people in the team who gotpreferential treatment in the team and rest were looked down at and no support was provided to some people. 1. Higher or Senior management. Their lack of responsiveness and vision have made the folks to look beyond. 2. No efforts in making their employee's life peaceful. If they are being burdened, they will keep burdened. 3. Apart from the salary coming on time, there are no other benefits At All. And did I mention about their so called competitive salary? They will call you and schedule inteview for Mobile Testing with 3-4 + experience but take you into support project also they won't even give at least 5% hike on your previous salary and over all experience is worst. How come some one take 4+ years IT stricklty and put you into the irrelevant support project which is zero % useful to 4+ experienced. The Worst.

1.No benefits, i was not given any accommodation when i moved to a new city. 2.They have a 3 month notice period where you are not allowed to take any leaves even if it is a medical emergency. This is brutal . 3. No one listens to your problems. Neither your manager nor HR
