After CTS people entry into the organization, everything got collpased and team work is not projected properly. There is no transparency between management and team members.

The Company is just okay... it seems they are struggling to survive.

They are more focused on getting more business and people part is totally ignored to earn more money. Many times I was called by my supervisor after office hours and when I was unable to attend due to personal reasons, I was questioned about my commitment to the role. Even at 11 PM at Night. There are some people in the team who gotpreferential treatment in the team and rest were looked down at and no support was provided to some people. They will call you and schedule inteview for Mobile Testing with 3-4 + experience but take you into support project also they won't even give at least 5% hike on your previous salary and over all experience is worst. How come some one take 4+ years IT stricklty and put you into the irrelevant support project which is zero % useful to 4+ experienced. The Worst.

1.No benefits, i was not given any accommodation when i moved to a new city. 2.They have a 3 month notice period where you are not allowed to take any leaves even if it is a medical emergency. This is brutal . 3. No one listens to your problems. Neither your manager nor HR

It's great company to work with, there are lot of seniors whom you can learn from. You have to handle lot of responsibilities which will enhance the leadership qualities and they have many spots events to blow of the steam. I am loving working here.

I have been a passionate gamer for the better part of two decades and with over seventeen years work experience spanning from Sales & Marketing to Administration and IT operations management, I have spent the last one year with iXie Gaming a division of Indium Software Pvt Ltd and this is my experience with this company. While everycompany has its own forte and shortcomings, I would like to express certain points that have made my experience here more enriching. In the past year I have been given the opportunity to test across all platforms which include (VR, PC, Console and Mobile). I've had the pleasure of interacting with exceptional individuals across all levels of the organization and till date we still collaborate with each other even though we may not be in the same project and so on. One of the biggest drawbacks I felt here is the complete loss of a roadmap when it comes to aspects like team meetings, appraisals and even if there ever was a road map the inability for management to adhere and stick by it.
