The widespread project and learning intent towards each opportunity greatly drive us. The upper management asks all the employees to upskill. The freedom to engage in multiple verticals is also encouraged until it does not affect your work.

There is no fair compensation for all employees. Deserved candidates are paid less, despite the increased workload on them. The HR department is required to make more effort to ensure a timely reply to all employee queries. We never get doubts cleared via mail; there has to be continuous follow-ups to get a reply from them. It's rea lly frustrating many times. HR Department must focus a lot on welfare of employees like support during Medical claims and address their problem rather focusing on Birthday celebrations....Read More
