There is no fair compensation for all employees. Deserved candidates are paid less, despite the increased workload on them. The HR department is required to make more effort to ensure a timely reply to all employee queries. We never get doubts cleared via mail; there has to be continuous follow-ups to get a reply from them. It's really frustrating many times.
