One of my relative worked in this worst company as the owner of the company runs it like a grocery shop which doesn't give salary on time to it's employees. This a such pathetic company. Once onboarded in this company this people will ask to put good reviews about their company online. People after working for 2-3 years will not get an experience letter. Really not recommended at all.

I was a part of this organization and really happy to be a part of such caring organization. Work life balance and more important no problems in taking leaves. Sometimes salary delay happened but it can happen anywhere.

got the break in the world of SAP because of ICS. As a fresher, was assisted by seniors in understanding the use cases of assigned tasks, had hands on experience with clients & backed by a strong fam of colleagues. A fresher with ambition & with correct set of skills can flourish & have a great opportunity to learn. Workload may increase being involved in multiple projects but that only proves an individual's ability to push past his limits down the learning curve. Overall, had a great experience! I gave one star only because there is nothing less than that. I joined this company to start my career with SAP technology. I looked forward in my career with lots of positivity and enthusiasm, but all I experienced was bad behaviour and constant discouragement. The ppl who hired me behaved in a worst possible manner , these days even domestic helps are treated better than the way I was treated. They humiliated and discouraged me every single day , they have one or two favourite employees who are there relatives too and it was only they who got all the work, trainings , respect and recognition. In covid situation I was forced to visit client location even when covid positive cases were found in the site . When I refused to visit and asked for wfh facilities they asked me to resign.
