Its been 2+ months I am working here. Still confused if I found any PROS But, REMEMBER: SALARY IS ON 7TH SO, WHEN HALF OF THE WORLD IS STRUGGLING WITH MONEY, YOU'RE RICH (AT LEAST FOR ONE DAY)

Ok, let me list out CONS. 1. Toxic people 2. Really Unhelpful (except One or Two - if you're enough lucky) 3. No matter if it's Dev, QA, Manager or any other people, everyone has one thing common. Terrible English. (Not kidding, QA will give you such defects in such a way that it will take hours to decipher simple English) 4. Next,Work is 100% and life is 0%. Managers will force you to work on weekends too. 5. Recruiting HR will tell you each candidate have 1 - 1.5 years bond, that is okay for freshers, but still don't know what's the point for experienced. When you join the company they will force you to give them a blank dated check of your (salary x 2) amount. 6. Six months are provision period, HR will say that within 6 months you can leave and the checked amount will not be deducted and if you try to leave the company within 6 months, they will give you stupid reasons and charge you the money. (Happened with me) 7. Most of the people who are working here are so noob. They even store JWT in DB. They will force you to do the same. 8. If you have some doubt and ask any senior, most of them will reply, "This is how it is done here" / "Iha pe aisa he hota hai". 9. Learning scope is 0. 10. They use Google meet and mattermost for internal communication. No Skype or Teams. 11. If you go for lunch, you have to ping in group, "I am going for lunch", just like a small fat school kid. If you miss any call yes, You'll see Hedis on earth. Summery: If you are coming from a large scale organization, you will stuck here and your life will be doomed in the hand some unskillful immature managers. Some peoples are helpful if you company employee in that case for provide you help

1) Not provide increment letter 2) If you doing work from home no value of your work 3) You have to work on Pimcore only if you PHP developer does not matter what your skills. 4) if you resign after increment in next 6 months even on last day of complete 6 month they take complete incremented salary back. 5) Not provide you any proof after leave company for showing to others what's your last salary. 6) You have to sign 3 year bond after leave this company if you can never work with any company that is indianic client not direct or indirect. 7) If you are working on company product means sat/sun and even whole night you have to work without taking off, compensation and compulsory off. 8) if you spend some money on return company things then they do not pay you back for it. 9) even after leave company they provide you reliving or experience letter after 20+ days not on time with mention your last to last salary. 10) this is single company I found those are mention salary on reliving and experience letter with wrong salary to their employees. Now, I am tired to write more but truth is this company is just play with employees carrier.
