I have worked for 9 years in this company. This is not banking anymore. All employees friendly hr policies are only on paper. Leaves r rarely approved despite sufficient balance in leaves.Now the management has become greedy. There's no human touch. They only care about results. Many times they force us to work on weekends too. Since this is psu bank, job security is there. On other parameters in HR, these PPL r as bad as private banks. They want us to report on time, but never care about closing time....Read More
