Modern slavery is going on. Threat of random transfers is being used by executives to exploit work from lower ranked officers who actually work.

If you're a family man and think like a responsible citizen or you believe that self growth and leadership development in a person is beyond the promotion and salary and late sitting or being a workaholic then please don't join this bank. Salary and allowances are decent. And if you are lucky enough to get a good manager, you life will be good.

Extremely bad work culture. Huge burden of targets, even new joinees are not spared! They won't give you an opportunity to learn, they only care about their business figures! Bad postings in unlivable rural areas. Yes perks and allowances are good, but often times you have to beg them to get those. Corrupt practices undertaken by HRM section, people of certain communities are given preference over the other.
