They give 2 times of food. Either lunch or breakfast or snacks or lunch. For this they debit 750 rupees from your account monthly. This is mandatory debit so u eat or don't eat doesn't matter.

Dislikes

1. Layoffs - company is laying off employees. The HR is lazy, ruthless and completly non-cooperative 2. Toxic culture - the seniors are completly toxic and political to work with. Everyday there is a struggle and politicis going on. Even for morning call you are late for 2 mins then also you will be humiliated, insulted and abused. 3. Casteism - South indian madrasis will favour only south indian madrasis. If you are not from their culture, you will be illiterated, insulted, bycotted and no or less appraisals will be given to you. 4 - Fraud claims of employee caring - In the start during the induction they will tell you that the company is very nice, people are helpful and protective.
