I was my mistakes that i have joined here, There is no support from Higher Authorities, and HR, After taking the charges Bosses and HR is forcing to me to Resign, they have given me a Action plan which is not possible to complete. and following up when i will Resign. in my 17 years career, i never faced this Experience.
