Such a worst place to work, if you're loaded with skills with well graduated, I won't you recommend to work here, moreover you'll lose all the kills and experience you pursued. There is no job security and if it comes to appraisal they'll definitely terminate you that's for sure. Especially those who work hard and put 💯 efforts.

There is no job security and appraisal. During induction they'll give all false assurance and promises but It won't be possible at all after joining in the team. If you're hardworking, dedicated and well settled in the team that won't be matter it comes to layoffs. Worst company ever. I have joined as fresher last year. I was in a horrible project the project was not going well and the manager told us to give mutual resignation. They didn't informed anything about this. My point is Indegene hired me not the client. So Indegene should have gave me another project but they didn't. Worst experience from this company. I'll not recommend anyone to work here.

I have joined as contractual basis for 3months here work is fine and team is also very friendly I like the management friendliness they are very good but i have not satisfied with this becoz the management had promised me that they will be neither extending contract nor they will do the work as permanent initially they given hopes saying we will be doing permanent based on ur performance though my performance is good better than some ppl who r working in indegene they didn't recognise that and till last moment they have given hope at last day of month suddenly they told that contract will be ended, I felt that very bad becoz this is not correct way to inform they should inform prior to atleast 15 days i have expected this basic formalities from this company but they disappointed me . Initially while recruiting they were showing more intrest later they didn't even shown small courtesy and they didn't help about anything while doing exist process.
