Too many responsibilities provides an opportunity to learn and explore more. Very good for freshers and aged person (who wants to settle at one place with high package)

Dislikes

No one will care about your hikes and promotions. They expect you to beg for it. In my case net increament 6% in 3 years comparing with the initial package.

The different types of projects at the company are good. And hybrid work

Dislikes

The processes for each project is too demanding. The processes are more than the actual work for the project. You are expected to stay back till 10 PM if there is any delivery on normal days. There is no work-life balance because of this. The culture is ok-ok they say they care about your health and all but their SLAs are so rigid and small that you can't focus on your health, mentally and physically it's very draining. After a point there is no work satisfaction. And now that they have started calling people to office, which is in Manyata tech park it's a lot of travelling for people staying far, and on the days you go to office you'll be logged in by 10 or 11 PM because the kind of work and SLA that is there. There is no job security here. If we pit complete effort and give our100% also they will simply fire from company. Without giving any proper notice period. Just one week before my last date they confirmed me that I need to go out next week. Salary also not upto our experience and all.

Remote work and work life balance. You can get leave easily. For personal growth anyone can learn lot of things which is related to corporate activities from team leads and seniors (depends on luck though).

Dislikes

No job security at all, they can resize your position after giving too many efforts. No satisfied appraisal and promotion. Lead can demotivate you. Internal proof reading is more effective than client's feedback.

Since I have joined, in my team, i am not happy with the projects they have assigned. Even though they know I am not from core pharma, quite often they are putting me in complex pharma work. My domain is totally different and I am wondering why they have hired me. Whosoever is from Indegene, pls help me to get a Lil simpler project. Current project is taking more than 12-14 hours a day, taking toll on health and psychological well-being.
