Like the team leaders are very cooperative they focus on how to provide a good learning rather than a work burden. They guide us in our day to day tasks. Moreover our superiors are more like our friends rather than an arogant one

Dislikes

When it's our lunch break we have to go near the plant where the canteen was and it was most difficult thing we have to do because of the smell of the chemicals that was totally unbearable.
