HR Policies not documented. They are made on the fly. No portal to see the policies. Management keeps on giving false hopes and playing politics The project with them are mostly on obsolete technologies Route their employees through accenture so you are basically an accenture employee on incture's payroll working on a client location. No say whatsoever in the treatment or work given to their employees. You cannot get your leaves encashed after you leave You cannot take sick leaves in notice period even if you are on your death bed, or you will have to extend your notice period. Company is wannabe infosys. Not much growth after 2-3 years and very less perks at junior level but if you are at senior level you get a lot of benefits. Funtions, outbounds are very good. Food given in cafeteria is not that good and bbsr office location is split into two locations. Gothapatna location is very outskirts but connectivity is not an issue.

Don’t like the approach towards projects. It is very money oriented. They commit with very tight deadline and the developers have to suffer. Management is not that good, resource allocation to projects is not done properly. People already having projects are pulled into other projects increasing their load but there are other peoplewho are sitting on bench. Very basic level work happens here and not much to learn. Testing team is horrible as they do manual testing and no body does automated testing here. Company does not give any udemy coursera access . Transfer within locations is very hard to do. Inhand is very less for the package offered and interns have to do free work as well. Also last year they mad the interns work for 6 months and only then they got their salary....Read More

My experience working at this company was disappointing and frustrating. The work culture was toxic and unprofessional. Employees' personal lives were judged, and there was a complete lack of job security. Even experienced professionals with 5+ years of service could be terminated without any valid reason or warning. 1. There is nothing called work life balance here, you will be asked to work even when you are sick. 2. there is no proper project management as the sales team decides to complete the project in 1 month, which originally should take atleast 3 months, and in the end the developer will be questioned. 3. You will be asked to work even on saturdays and sundays, or even holidays. 4. The working hours are really strict, you are bound to stay in the office for 9 hours. 5. Their policies can change at any time, interns were asked to come to office for 6 months unpaid, otherwise their internship would be of 9 months. For those who came to office and stayed and worked even on Saturdays and Sundays, it was worse. After 6 months, they suddenly decided to extend the internship period by another 3 months. And in between every 14 days there would be an assignment and threats that whoever doesnt clear would be fired. After extending the 3 months trainee period also, there was 6 months more of the probation period. There is nothing as such to like. They will treat employees as daily wage workers. No hike nothing. Just giving CTC numbers but in hand is pennies. 6 LPA - 34k inhand 7 LPA - 38k inhand 8 LPA - 43k inhand

Directors are worst. Do not know how to behave with employees. They treat employees really bad. Even call at late night while its raining cats and dogs to come office for work.

No set HR policies , the attrition rate is quite high due to the policies . They are a bit stingy in rolling out variable pay.
