Nothing, pathetic work culture.They are hiring at less salary and don't give to serve notice period even after completing probation period.

They don't have any progressive work. No new technology.Even they don't give a average hike.

Sorry that it did/is not working out for you with us. Our hikes have been at par with industry as demonstrated by our very low attrition rate AND based on performance. I am also not sure what you mean by progressive work as we are doing Gen AI work(since you mentioned you are/were a data science engineer). Nevertheless we take your feedback with full humility and will review where we are falling short to improve.
