Very top management is blind. Dont able see whats going with there resources like ad, stm, tm, tl. Entirely busy to promote company sponsored books. One management guy can spoil entire account. Company is clueless. hire one person as a site leader for entire pune and that guy started creating mess, fired many people and bring his closed friend and relative in projects total biass approach. Some folks are very supportive.

Focused on selling CEO's books and they have shifted strictly to work from office policy forcing everyone irrespective of there circumstances. People are asked to comply with both client working hours and Incedo's working hours which means many people are forced to work longer durations. Also, from some time they have shifted to hire and fire policy so the job security has gone down.

Nothing to be liked here. Everything was handled by Higher Officials are Too Worst. This company is good untill 2023. but later on politics come into picture. Hema,Manivannan is Worst Managers i can say they will blame employees easily. they recognize not based on Work but rather on region and personal needs.

CEO is only focused for his book not for company growth. They have worst upper management. HR team sucks here specially Abhishek Vilatia, he is the worst person any organisation ever have.

I appreciate the collaborative environment and I learned a lot from my team members. Company had a strong focus on professional development. The office space was modern and well equipped.

Since it is service based company so if there is no project then your job is in trouble. And there is no provision to adopt you in any account.
