Employee friendly work environment, exposure to new technologies via in-house training and other training sessions by 3rd party vendors too, good learning opportunities, competitive benefits and compensation. In my case, the HR does very good job in attending any issue.

Dislikes

Needs improvement on work-life balance. At times there are unrealistic deadlines set for certain task that takes time.

Work Details

It is a good working envioronment. The seniors are very helpful and cooperative.There is a minor work life balance issue and issues related to unrealistic deadlines. Other than that, it's a good working experience.

they told you to do overtime without any payment. they told you to work on your leaves also. they want you to available for them and their client 24*7. Whatever may happen with you ,it's not their concern. they only care about only clients, who does not care about your leaves and holidays. so everything is dislikable here. no work life balanc.
