Designation : Salesforce QA (3 Positions)

Location : PAN India (Hybrid Mode from your nearest Capgemini Office)

Role : Permanent role with Inadev

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce QA professional to join our team. As a key member of the QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Salesforce-based applications by developing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze business requirements and functional specifications to determine testing needs.
• Design and develop comprehensive test cases covering positive, negative, and edge scenarios.
• Execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications.
• Log and track defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla, and work closely with developers for resolution.
• Retest fixed issues and conduct thorough regression testing to ensure system stability.
• Participate in UAT by preparing environments and supporting end users during testing.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, and defect reports.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and PMs to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and incorporate new features into test planning.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 47 years of experience in software QA, with a strong focus on Salesforce testing.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
• Good understanding of QA methodologies and test design techniques.
• Experience with manual testing and working knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar preferred).
• Familiarity with SOQL, Apex testing, and data validation within Salesforce.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• QA certifications (ISTQB, Salesforce-specific) are a plus.
