Enclosing mail which you received from us, that is our response for your mail as well as your unethical review. Dear Sneha Dixit or Rama Dixit, Thanks for raising your concern, Your salary is safe, as per rule if you resign from organization than we need some time to release your full and final as you have not given any notice period due to that we have to check all your students to whom you are in touch with and your last 3 months admission so that no student will suffer due to your resign. As you don't want to talk to me which you have mentioned in your mail, I do not know the reason behind this, still its ok i respect your decision. We have already cleared our incentive policy, Incentive will be issued only if you achieve your salary justification, you have not achieved it so you are not eligible for incentive. As you have accepted that you were trying to achieve your justifications but not able to achieve it then there is no question about incentives as we are following our incentive rules only. After facing covid challenge, still we released all incentives till nov 2020 even if you were not able to achieve your justification work you should be thankful to the organization, after covid we released all incentives where most of the companies denied even salaries. After Nov 2020 when all covid side effect were over, we have updated to all counsellors to work harder as that was a tough time where we need your support to recover the losses of last one year, still your performance was very bad, you were not even equal to new joinees who joined in July 2020 and given better results than you in lesser salary. We have given you so many warnings to improve your performance but there is no improvement. In the appraisal discussion you asked for 100% growth in your salary even though you know that you were not able to justify your current salary and you promised that you will improve your performance in april and may both months you were below 50% of your justification still you are complaining about the company. You took approx 900 leads every month and gave only 4 to 5 admissions out of those leads, even a new joinee performance is better than this still you are saying we are not good. you need to check yourself where you are lacking instead of saying that others are not good. The final conclusion of this discussion is we will surely release your salary for the month of May 2021 after checking all the status of leads in your panel, you were not eligible for incentive so there is no question for that. We have not forced you to join office, being a senior counselor it is required that you should be in office in this tough time where doing business is tough but you denied to join office in your immediate response, even you were not giving proper response to your manager, your computer got disconnected several times in a day, you were not giving proper daily reports, your lead conversion ratio for last 6 months was lowest and getting worse every month. So we had no other option to call you in office, as you were not improving in WFH, but not only you refused to join office but you resigned and threatened HR by sending improper messages containing that you will defame the organization in public if you will not get salary within 1 hour deadline, when i called to you, you misbehaved with me too, still you think the organization is not good. I suggest you do some self analysis so that you can improve yourself. Still my ans is the same your salary is safe. We will release your salary soon after checking all leads assigned to you in the last 3 months, we need to do this just because you have not served any notice period.
