Everyone is disappointed in the appraisal this year, 2022-2023. Might be the reason for the industry. Last year, everyone got good appraisals. I hope that for the next year it will be in favour of employees. From a learning and development point of view. Somewhere, they are forcing employees to change their career path according to available projects without knowing how comfortable they are or what the impact of this will be on their future. It Might be helpful for someone to add more skills to their bucket, but it is still a complete transfer of skills that will affect their future profile. From a salary point of view, they have a strict band system for developers; there is no flexibility as per their role and responsibilities.
