Good work-life balance, and Managers understand the need for work as well as your personal life. The working environment is good. Working models are both permanent and Work from home. HR teams are very cooperative and humble here. The leave policy is flexible. I never faced any difficulty taking leave; I just dropped a message to mymanager, and he said okay every time without asking the reason. I never had the same problem with any other team members. Everyone is disappointed in the appraisal this year, 2022-2023. Might be the reason for the industry. Last year, everyone got good appraisals. I hope that for the next year it will be in favour of employees. From a learning and development point of view. Somewhere, they are forcing employees to change their career path according to available projects without knowing how comfortable they are or what the impact of this will be on their future. It Might be helpful for someone to add more skills to their bucket, but it is still a complete transfer of skills that will affect their future profile. From a salary point of view, they have a strict band system for developers; there is no flexibility as per their role and responsibilities. Healthy work environment, managers colleagues all are supportive. HR team conduct so many activities for employees, like; month end and birthday party , annual party , new year party , festivals celebration, webinars on different topics , medical camp , blood donation camp, yoga etc .

I was in it support team. Team Culture was very poor. Forcefully took work from extra hours which was without pay ....its very dissatisfied & disappointed. Nepotism & give Buttering to their manager & then take advantage for promotion.
