If you speak about a home outside your in the true sense, that's Impressico for you. Let it be compensation benefits or quality of work, in every aspect, Impressico wins. Work stress is also minimal. You complete your work, you go home. This is something that is practiced in reality here, not by words. The learning curve is exponential due to the variety of projects and/or the learning programs.

I was in it support team. Team Culture was very poor. Forcefully took work from extra hours which was without pay ....its very dissatisfied & disappointed. Nepotism & give Buttering to their manager & then take advantage for promotion.
