No promotion and appraisal on yearly basis as per their promises. Washrooms and workplace are not hygiene at all. Sometimes snacks are also not hygienic due to cockroaches in kitchen and hairs. About job security there is not having it at all, if they don't want you in their company, they will put lot of pressure on you and forcefully you will feel to resign.
