My company is Impact infotech, client was Wipro & Project was IDFC FIRST BANK LTD. Without any intimation Wipro removed me from the job by giving the reason that your contract has expired. Over night they removed me from the job. I have worked more than 4 years in that organization but Wipro team don't even have courtesy to intimate about termination. On emergency I was admitted in Hospital, at that time they expelled me from the job. I only single Engineer would use to handle more than 21 branches, I skipped my lunch and use to attend the calls to resolve the issue. I would use to work till late night up to 10 pm. They didn't even clear my 2 months claims. In the lockdown period, I would use to go to office by walk which is up to 15 km (up & down), my Wipro team knows very well all about this. All my colleagues didn't go to office for work. All were at home for 3 months. But I was the only Engineer who went to office by walk for 3 months and resolved all the issues even which doesn't belongs to my region . My Wipro manager & T.L knows all the above things very well, but still they expelled from the job by giving the reason that my contract has expired. They have to hire me on onrole basis because I have served wipro for more than 3 years. For cost cutting purpose they removed me from the job by giving the reason your contract has expired. I am jobless from last 3 months, I don't even have money for medical expense. Really Wipro team don't have humanity. I thought wipro is standard one, but I was wrong. System Admin (desktop support/customer support Engineer). In my first company genius consultants, no growth, no hike for 2 years. 24/7 I should give support to resolve the issue. My salary was only 8500 per month. So I relieved from job.
