My company is excellent for starting your career. Employees having friendly nature. Working and learning experience was best. Year ending games, DJ night with dinner, Movie time, Ganesh celebration for 5 days, christmas and new year celebration, outing once a year (Picnic) etc. VP's yearly once and bounces for every 3 month. No tension for workloads.

At this point IMEG is the company that is treating the Employee the worst. Employee Friendly culture is replaced by Employer Friendly. Seniors are no longer required and in term all the Senior employees were given with the least appraisal which we haven’t seen that worst in IMEG.
