Very very bad environment and culture.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management worst. Salary is very less and career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 3 year before which which you can not resign.

Only the lower level employees and the Diwali bonus

No work life balance. Compensation is worse. Worst Appraisal policy. Appraisal is delayed by 6 months and arrears are delayed by another 6 months. Too much work. No respect for employees. Useless HR department. Salary is always late. Work on outdated technologies. With all above(and much more) going on you end up questioning your choice of joining there. Really Hectic! You are burdened up with loads of work and you'll have to complete it because your manager would have already given a DEADLINE to the client without even asking you :) it's really hard to explain all those feelings in words.

Nothing good. Celebrations are done for each festival.

Dislikes

It's a worst company to work . They change their policies as they need. Working hours is continues for days and no benefit we get for this. They wil not provide salaries on time, no increments till bond of 2 years and if we break this agreement we have to pay 1 lakh.

Overall work life is poor. We have to work without food and sleep. They will not consider the employers needs.

There is no such thing that you can like there.

Dislikes

Everything. The politics between managers. Processes get delayed and the Management does not care about it. Extremely stinky work culture. No compensation if they keep you working all month without a single off while working day and night. The technology is outdated. Salary increment is not upto the mark. Management is miser.
