Nothing good. Celebrations are done for each festival.

Dislikes

It's a worst company to work . They change their policies as they need. Working hours is continues for days and no benefit we get for this. They wil not provide salaries on time, no increments till bond of 2 years and if we break this agreement we have to pay 1 lakh.

There is no such thing that you can like there.

Dislikes

Everything. The politics between managers. Processes get delayed and the Management does not care about it. Extremely stinky work culture. No compensation if they keep you working all month without a single off while working day and night. The technology is outdated. Salary increment is not upto the mark. Management is miser. From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
