Absolutely nothing other than WFH option for some of the projects

Goonish nature of the onsite managers. Absolute disregard for the mental and emotional health of the employees and the namesake HR team which is just there to plan fun friday activities and take photos for the social media accounts. As a fresher i was expected to work 7 days a week and 16+ hours every single day. No weekends, No public holidays. If you do not comply, they threaten to fire you. The onsite managers insult you on calls and use sarcasm to humiliate you. Disgusting behavior. Increments are a joke. The HR team will not help you, come what may. They are just there for name sake. Most useless team. They are the paid goons for managers to fire employees and they never stand by the side of the employees in any situation. They blindly trust the managers of projects even when the managers are in the wrong.
