Not a job security...too much of work...no personal life balance...get call on weekend as well...and if you say no..you won't be in good book of you senior one ..which ultimately make loss of may things. - people work more then 5 years into this company are the real boss...or act so...which really make new people who looks for therebright future in this company difficult. - don't mess/fight with old employees here...you can hear some very bad words( which India people says when they hit fights on roads) - No any facilities (group insurance is there- but now it WFH- which becomes useless) Rest no any other facilities- you work and get pay...Read More

-Good for freshers - as it has 2 year bond - it has 5 days working (mon - Friday) for Mumbai location And for others location (Indore ) is 6 day a week They says as it's WFH Mumbai people( IT department) have to work on Saturday as well if works comes(which come all Saturday's) ...as indore office is working.. without any pay of comboff. ( Audit is really required for this company on its rules)

Earlier there were one-side cabs, food and fun-fridays. Now there is nothing, we work like peasants here.

You are forced to work extra minutes, cab service has been taken away so now you travel 4 hours in total for work in peak traffic hours and heat, no fun Fridays, toxic culture, and non-cooperative colleagues as well. Management is filled with politics and no growth paths. There are promotions only to the friend circle of the higher department. They have zero decency and manners of communication, they talk like people talking in the streets with no respect. Others who are working to get a promotion, are treated like labourers.
