Good company for freshers, but in the past 6 months - 1 year, the company policies have been changed to worsen the experience for working here in Indore location. Work environment is good and there is lot to learn here.

From the past 6-months to 1-Year, company policies have changed drastically to worsen the experience by hiring unskilled management from outside the organization and did not care about the existing employees

Iksula has very good working environment and give us various project for grow our knowledge. There was fantastic growth opportunities for career.

There was very good environment but infrastructure and other beneficial for employees are missing.

Work Details

Iksula had very good working environment so I never face any problem. I worked on different types of projects which increased my knowledge about Ecommerce. Being teammate I handle production and quality of the projects, making reports and inform my TL.
