I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Govt. Job like company. If you are loyal like a dog infront of the Manager previously it was Abhay Dixit now it is Dnyanesh Jadhav then you will get good food like pedigree (Appraisal and salary hike). If you fall under this category then this company is for you. Company always welcome these kind of dogs. (employees)

Nothing. Because if you are loyal towards your work then office politics will take everything from you. You will just survive without hike and growth. If you fall under this category then this is not for you.
