Likes

Good Organization. Provide opportunities to learning different level of testing in the stream of casino Games. Yearly bonus is appreciated. Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

There are few dislike like long duration of work hours,work pressure even many time working on sunday's also, no work life balance. Hike benifits are average only.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
