No proper training will be provide.You will get your salary after 20th,even salary slip will be provided. No work life balance. Work environment is very rough. No proper team lead. It's the first company that i have seen in my life where accounts manager will handle projects.hahahaha...you are not going to get any kind of help from your team lead. No holiday list will be provided. So don't hope you will get leave. If you will take any leave. So deduction will there from your salary. One of the worst experience ever. They just fired around 15 experienced employees without prior notice and without any valid reason in between January and February 2024 and have halted the appraisal for other employees too. If you are joining this company don't think of any appraisal or increment rather ready to face the termination withoutnotice or reasons. The management is terrible and doesn't pay the due in times (sometimes they don't pay as well); they event stop receiving your call....Read More

The only thing I liked was other employee like BDE or the developers who worked there. They were friendly.

I worked there approximately for 9 months. I gave my 110% to the company as I loved my job profile. It was my second company. I was not a fresher when I joined here but as the time went by I felt very left out. There was no cordination within the department. There are some people who are preferred by the founders who are basically husband and wife. I was layed off without any reason of me being layed off. According to them, it was my performance but when I spoke to them logically they were zipped tight because the requirements were closed by me and my colleague and thus were were not required anymore. We both were layed off. I had so many dreams but all were shattered after making us work the whole day and at the time of logging out they are letting us know that today is our LWD and no need to come to office from tomorrow onwards. Yes I am giving my Notice Period of 30 days without going to their office! Wow! So cool right? There is basically no policy in this company.
