Even if you perform well, you may not receive a salary increase 3. Variable pay is low, ranging from 40 - 60% 4. Free courses and certification. OFSS is like a college but no need to pay tuition fees because it's already being deducted from your non existing hikes and promotions. It's very good to sharpen your skills and then jumpship. It feels like they promote and want employees to resign. Not by firing , just extended exploitation. No growth . Peanut hikes (3-5%) . No promotion even after staying for 3 years , delivering everything , taking ownership and being available almost all the time when required. Manager talks cringe when asked about hikes . HRs are basically like govt office workers , just do paper work .

Product company I have never been on bench in the last 17 Years No need to run looking for projects. Projects will automatically take you Lots of exposure in terms of direct customer requirements giving us insight of how customer uses our product/customizations

No Work life balance No demarcation between Imple and Support Teams which makes life miserable for the resources as they end up handling both in parallel Yearly Appraisals are delinked from hikes and hikes are not yearly. No preset frequency. May or may not happen. Even the leadership Team will not know if a hike is coming or not
