It’s a political environment. People who are looking to be on boarded at senior level especially who moves from their client end, pls be aware that you need to have new business with you to survive. Their CSO is NOT only greedy and but also inhuman.

1. Money snatchers made illogical policies just to cut salaries and it gets divided into higher management donkeys. 2. They are different from every employer in terms of working hours. There’s not a single company I know which asks for 10 hours shift. 2. 90% of the seniors including Team Leaders, Managers, Sr. Managers and even fewAVP’s are like they can never be selected anywhere else if they leave! I don't like ienergizer because it's very big company with less mentality they are not hiring muslims people. I request govt to take action on it and request muslims don't go there your full day will be waste. They will say after interview that you are not selected.

1. Sandwich policy: even if late before or after weekend 2. Retention hold : 5 LWP in a year can be a loss of retention 60000 or 1.2 lk. 3. No PF : 4. Attendance bonus - 1 forced LWP applied by supervisor costs (5000 attendance bonus + 1 day salary + low rating+ behavioral marking, etc ) All these are the tools for supervisor to punish an associate. There is no employee satisfaction at all !!

The management does not have spine, there leadership does not want to work with set rules of the industry instead always try to find unethical ways to meet the targets, the managers are not trained for people management, Yes Sir culture, no programs to improve the skills.

First thing is office politics which is being played between TL's and AM or Manager for Advisors. They have authority to make someone TL or AM but they give hike to their friends, and whom who gave them parties and to their girlfriend's.
