1. Money snatchers made illogical policies just to cut salaries and it gets divided into higher management donkeys. 2. They are different from every employer in terms of working hours. 1. Sandwich policy: even if late before or after weekend 2. Retention hold : 5 LWP in a year can be a loss of retention 60000 or 1.2 lk. 3. No PF : 4. Attendance bonus - 1 forced LWP applied by supervisor costs (5000 attendance bonus + 1 day salary + low rating+ behavioral marking, etc ) All these are the tools for supervisor to punish an associate. There is no employee satisfaction at all !!

The company policy is something that will slowly eat away a persons life, no sick leave, 10 hrs working shift, 1 lwp will cost you your incentive and apprx 15k worth of money, good for freshers but would not recommend it to experienced candidates
