* The is no PF deduction in most of the International processes.

* The basic salary will never get increased even if work for 10 number of years. The managment will increase your variable compnents but Fixed components will never get increased.

Ambience is good, there are a lot of processes both domestic and international. A good number of cafeterias, parking area is vast.
Dislikes
There are complicated policies that leads to a way in salary deduction. Once you are in the office premises, you're not allowed to go outside. You'll find people smoking in food area. You'll need to present for 10 hours if you're working in an international process which is quite long.
