I like the stability that the company gave and the fact that the company is neither too harsh or too lenient towards its employee. Company gives me the facility to work from home.

Dislikes

Working in night shift. No night shift allowance. No fixed salary, no PF.

Our work is hectic, involves a lot of pressure, as we have to be very careful about the accuracy since we are in medical field and all above we work in night shift only.

My overall experience was very good. In my career of above 20 years in medical transcription, I have worked with many companies and individual contractors, but I never got appraised like IeImpact (Mr. Rishi Jindal).

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
