Manager is not good at all in term behavior. Manager will not help you in growing. He will pull you down. If it work from home. If you have gone washroom or lunch he will keep calling on teams. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes, I have to work more than 15 hours straight in a day and I have to attend calls and meetings, I do receive appreciation mails from various stakeholders, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid- year appraisals. Also, there is no proper suggestionsand support for project growth from managers,most of the times need to do individual research, decision making, responsibilities.hence there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me, have to guide the step by step, which is pain sometimes and it is effectiving personal life most of the times....Read More
