Worst company ever seen supervisors are behave like nonsense and HR are fully controled by supervisors only never listins to down levle employees ROHIT SHRIVASTAV AND ANURAG TRIPATHI, MANISH AGRWAL, PAYEL DEV PLAYING GAMES THERE WITH THERE DOWN LINE.

Incentives are really attractive. Training is little bit weak. Career growth is good because it is a growing company, new branches are being opened on daily basis. Salary structure is good and also it gives you good hike at the time you join. If you qualify contests you can also go abroad. Politics depends upon your branch members. Work environment is very good. Work-life is well balanced.

I am working as collection Manager-Recovery. I am looking after Write-off portfolio of every product i.e. Two wheeler, Used Car, Business Loan, Personal Loan, Consumer Durable Loans. You have to deal with the OD customers.
