Dislikes

No work-life balance. Politics is huge. Peers will not help each other and are ready to crush you if the opportunity arises. Surely not a place where you can think of staying for the long term. Everyday pressure from senior management.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
