Work environment is good u will improve your skills communication will get improve get to learn about basics of banking, company products how bank runs, customer related queries how to resolve etc.

Their is so much politics at higher managerial level if you are good with your managers u will get promoted even if u not performed well .. there are so many employee working since last two three years no salary increament they give you fake commitments to take employees on payroll but not fulfill the same I work with this organisation for almost two years and they gave me 0 increament wherein I performed well...Read More
