Capital first very nice company for the career but company employees so parsilty on off roll employees please stop parsilty on off roll employees and provide same facilities on off roll employees I request for company bord dairectors.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
