while the similar companies like this are offering work from home…They are still following locker policy…you are not supposed to use mobiles more than 5min for calls also…hectic work culture and school fashioned hr policies.

Dislikes

Cleanliness is hell…no fans nothing…even hr doesn’t have a proper chair…you can observe if you come for interviews and the lockers are placed right side …its a wonderful school to join.

This is the second company in this vertical - Steel Detailing. I'm not sure if the industry is like this or if people run it the way they want, but I have seen that the company does not respect its employees like the IT or ITES Industry does. There is absolutely no regard for an employee's life or the environment he/she works in. Hygiene in the office is bad. The policies are not employee friendly. Even during this pandemic, the work from home option is not given. We are here to earn money for the company, but our welfare is least important to the company. Hygiene could be better, for a start. Food is given, but the budget is so less, we eat outside most of the times, because the quality is bad. No provision for coffee or tea. Night snacks are bad and sometimes by the time we eat it, its spoilt. It feels like we are working in a shed. Incentives, rewards and recognition are not there at all. Mindset of management is not employee friendly. Work life balance is not taken into consideration. We are asked to put in over 15 hours of work everyday. No holidays are given. If a person takes a leave, it would be Loss of Pay. Work Environment is bad, so is the general manager. There is no learning or growth aspect in the company.
