This is a worst place to work where no job security even after work for more than a decade. From 2009 - 2014 the company's policy & culture was fine but after that when the company's management was going about to change, all the policies and rule has been changed which was shocked for employees and many employees lost their job due to favouritism, Politics & worst work environment/culture.
