Nothing now, after the recent change in management. There is a lot of interference from the holding company. No autonomy at all.

Plenty now. Poor salary. Work culture getting worse. Not at all employee centric. Only revenue and number driven. Job security is also low. Not able to keep old senior employees.

Culture of the company is falling drastically especially in groups such as Market Data. Groups such as Market Data which ideally should be dominated by individual with high domain understanding and intellectual leadership is filled with "Yes Sayers" having no knowledge of market or business Promotion and bonuses are given based on your "flattery" skills and not on the hard work. There have been instances when promotion has also been handed out to individual without him doing any work in a financial year In WFH scenario, senior individuals went to exotic locations without even applying for leave A large section of people in the team don't do any hands-on work and the senior members in the team are setting very bad example to follow There is dearth of leadership and good managers.
