No job security . It says itself a broking company but it is actually an insurance selling company. Bosses are like - do insurance or else get out of the co.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
